Private Events at Three Acre Farm
Flowers make everything better… including your next gathering! We don't publicly advertise private events (this page is our little secret), but we love hosting a few each season for people who reach out. Take a few minutes to read through the details below so we're all on the same page. Then let's get your date on the calendar!
Scheduling Your Private Event
We're a small team running a working farm, which means we have limited capacity for extra activities. Here are our guidelines for scheduling your Private Event.
Mornings only: Flowers (and people!) do best before the heat of the day kicks in.
Weekdays only (Tuesday–Friday): This is when our crew is here to keep the farm running smoothly while we’re hosting your group.
No evenings, no weekends: We’re a busy family, just like you. We reserve our evenings/weekends for rest, family time, and other activities.
Typical start time: 8:30 am, wrapping up around 10:00 am. This is the best time of day to enjoy our flower farm!
Choose Your Experience
🌸 Private Flower Cutting Event
Wander the fields, snip your own blooms, and leave with a vase full of flowers you cut yourself.
Includes:
A walking tour of the farm and gardens
Flowers you harvest, plus 3 pre-cut "Specialty Blooms" per person (think Dahlias, Lisianthus, Sunflowers… whatever's in season that week)
Snips to borrow
A mason jar to take home (yours to keep!)
Tables for you to set up your own snacks and drinks
Access to the outhouse
The details:
$75 per adult (13+)
10-person minimum, 20-person maximum
Events are for adults and older kids (13+). Best to leave small children at home, as this is a working farm and not “kid-friendly”

🚜 Private Farm Tour
A guided walk through the flower fields and garden to learn more about life on a working flower farm.
The details:
$30 per adult (13+)
10-person minimum, 20-person maximum
One child (12 and under) per adult, free
Please note: this is a working farm, not a kid-friendly attraction. We love your littles, but most guests choose to leave them home
Bring your own snacks and drinks, if desired
Minimum total: $300
🌸 Booking & Payment
We've kept this as simple as possible:
Pay in full to reserve it. Your payment covers the group minimum (10 people) and locks in your date — no deposit, no balance due later, no invoice to track down.
Adding guests? No problem — just add extra spots through the same booking link up until 5 days before your event. After that, we lock in the headcount so we can prep your flowers and supplies.
That's it! Full payment is non-refundable but goes toward securing your date and our time preparing for your group.
⭐️ In Case of Bad Weather…
We're farmers, and we always have an eye on the sky.
Light or scattered rain? We're still on (bring a raincoat!).
Lightning, tornadoes, or an excessive heat advisory? We'll cancel for everyone's safety.
If we cancel, you'll be refunded OR we'll do our best to find you a new date (though we can't guarantee availability).
⭐️ Good to Know
Wear closed-toe shoes. This is a working farm. There is lots of uneven ground, and yes, free-range chickens mean free-range chicken... surprises. Watch your step!
Dress for the weather. Layers are always a good idea. There is very little shade on the farm, so be prepared to be in the sun for 1.5 hours.
Kids must be supervised at all times and kept in the flower fields only (not our barnyard or backyard). Please don't let them climb fences or chase chickens. It’s best to assume every fence might be electrified!
