Globe Amaranth “Salmon Pastel” (Gomphrena globosa)

These gorgeous textural salmon pink flowers are endlessly versatile, and look lovely fresh or dried. Every year I wish I had grown more of them. We use every single stem! The adorable button-like blooms are perfect for bouquets or "wearables" such as boutonnieres, corsages and flower crowns. Globe Amaranth is an “Everlasting” flower that can be dried and displayed for years.
