China Aster “Optimo Alpha Light Blue” (Callistephus chinensis)

Stunning double flowers on "spray" type stems. These long-lasting Chrysanthemum-shaped blooms are truly exceptional cut flowers. The soft blue-violet blooms are an excellent Focal flower for cool toned arrangements.

When most of the blooms are starting to open, cut the entire plant at the ground (one stem with multiple blooms) to create an instant bouquet. Alternatively, harvest blooms individually as they ripen and use the stems in mixed bouquets.
