Here are Three Acre Farm, we want to help make your wedding flower experience as simple as possible. Wedding flowers can be complicated and overwhelming. Perhaps you have no idea where to start! We get it.
You have so many other choices to make. Don’t worry. Relax! We make choosing beautiful flowers for your special day easy and enjoyable.
Our Simple Select Weddings “A La Carte Wedding Flower Menu” is simple, transparent and straightforward. Simply fill out our on-line order form to purchase exactly what you need and we’ll take care of the rest. No need for meetings, consultations or appointments!

Simple Select Weddings are NOT a good option for brides that:
Want specific flowers
Want specific color schemes
Want flowers delivered and set up at their wedding venue or reception site.
We use only our farm fresh, seasonal flowers, so your bouquets and arrangements will be a direct reflection of what is blooming at Three Acre Farm at the time of your wedding.
*Please Note: Because of the seasonal nature of flowers and unpredictably of the weather, we cannot make any guarantees about what kind of flowers will be available for your wedding. We are a Flower Farm, not a Florist Shop. We do not buy flowers from other growers or import “out-of-season” flowers from other parts of the world. If you have your heart set on particular flowers for your wedding, Simple Select Weddings is not a good fit. Please contact a florist to discuss a full service wedding flower package that will fit your needs.
How It Works:
You contact Three Acre Farm using the form at the bottom of this page.
We send you the Simple Select Wedding Information PDF.
You fill out the Simple Select Wedding Order Form (editable PDF) and email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org with your NAME and WEDDING DATE in the subject line
We will send you a confirmation and estimate, along with a $500 deposit fee.
Once you have paid your $500 deposit, your space will be reserved.
5 weeks before your wedding dates, we will check in with updates and any last minute changes.
4 weeks before your wedding date, the balance of your order is due.
1 day before your wedding… you come pick up your flowers, straight from the farm!
If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 30 days prior to your event. All refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be given once the 30 day deadline has passed.
Contract and Deposit
After approving your order we require a signed contract and a 50% non refundable deposit. Cheque, Cash or E-transfer are preferred methods of payment, however a credit card or PayPal may be used and incur a 4% processing fee. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance.
Keep in mind your total will not go down. It can go up if you require more items but once booked the total is set. If you require one less table centre we will allot those blooms into other arrangements to make them bigger and better.
Bridal Bouquets A gorgeous garden style bouquet in your choice of styling and palette: $195-325
Bridesmaids Bouquets- a smaller version of the gorgeous garden style bouquet in your choice of styling and palette: $95-200
Petite Bouquets- Perfect for flowers girls, junior bridesmaids or a toss bouquet: $75
Boutonnieres- Lapel adornments for the gentlemen in your wedding party, fathers or any other male guest you would like acknowledge with a personal bloom : $20
Wrist Corsage- wearable floral adornment for the ladies: $30
Pin On Corsage- wearable floral adornment for the ladies: $30
Full Floral Crown (size appropriate for bride bridesmaids): $95
Petite Floral Crown (size appropriate for the little ones): $75
In House Hand Dyed Silk Ribbons (per bouquet): $45
Statement Pieces- Large dramatic pieces for either side of the wedding couple for the ceremony and can also do double duty as decor on a buffet table at the reception.: $250-350 per side
Aisle Markers: greenery and satin ribbon only, can be reused at the reception as decor for the head tale chairs: $35 each
Aisle Markers: Floral Decor and foliage with satin ribbon, can be reused at the reception for the head table chairs: $60 each
Signing Table Arrangement: a petite arrangement of blooms to coordinate to adorn the signing table during the ceremony: $75
Table Centre Piece: Moderate : A Beautiful garden style centre piece perfect for 6 person round table: $75
Table Centre Piece: Standard : A Beautiful garden style centre piece perfect for an 8 person round table or interspersed with bud vases on a harvest style table: $140
Table Centre Piece: Luxe : A Beautiful garden style centre piece perfect for a 10 person round table or interspersed with bud vases on a harvest style table: $200
Cocktail Tables: Petite arrangements to coordinate perfect for on high top table during cocktail hour: $55
Bud Vase Collection: A collection of 5 assorted bud vases adorned with foliage and blooms to coordinate with all florals. Perfect for the centre of an 8 person round table, adding to a harvest table, or to add decor at the bar, beside the cake or anywhere that might need a floral touch. Includes vase rental: $35
Cake Blooms: a loose collection of blooms wired and taped and ready to adorn your sweet confection: $55
Vase Rental for bouquets. This allows the bouquets to have a water source both during transit and after the ceremony. They can then be used to add decor the the head table. Per Vase: $5
Pillar rental- Simple white gloss pillars that can be used either side of the bridal couple for the ceremony and either side of the head table for the reception. Also works well at the start of the aisle. Per Pillar: $25
White Gloss Urn Large- Appropriate for Luxe Statement Pieces. Rental per urn: $25
White Gloss Urns Standard- Appropriate for Standard Statement Pieces. Rental per urn: $15
Petite Compote Vase Rental – available in gold, silver or rustic white. Please specify colour choice. Appropriate for cocktail tables. Per Vase: $4
Moderate Compote Vase Rental – available in gold, silver or rustic white. Please specify colour choice. Appropriate for moderate table centres. Per Vase: $6
